Kids Music Day - Children Performances


I often think the best way to encourage music with children is by showing them other children performing and having fun with Music. I remember as a child always singing and performing which is why I believe I am so in love with music today. I took part in talent shows every holiday, I sang and danced my heart out on dance floors and became involved in almost all of the music activities I could whilst in primary and in secondary school. 


This blog post isn’t going to go into too much detail or be filled with information as all I wanna do in this blog post is show children having fun and enjoying themselves with music and songs. I hope you enjoy these videos and you can always find more online.

Kids Music Day

Kids Music Day! More and More each day, music is becoming less valued in people’s lives and in particular in school. Government and teachers prioritise lessons such as Maths and English which don’t get me wrong are 100% necessary and compulsory in schools. But this priority comes at a price!!! As a result, teaching music is dramatically decreasing in schools. This led to Vincent James and Joann Pierdomenico founded the ‘Keep Music Alive’ campaign to help provide children with the opportunity of learning music.  KIDS MUSIC DAY is celebrated in October to promote the use of music with children and promoting the importance of teaching Music in school. This year it is being celebrated on October 2nd and I aim to help promote Kids Music Day through this blog and other means.
